Rooted in the land,

The Lodge at Schenkel Farm grew from something simple: a belief that a place should feel as good as it looks. Located just off Highway 177 in the heart of Lincoln County, our inn sits where the fields open up and the sky does most of the talking.

We opened our doors to travelers who wanted more than a bed — they wanted a sense of place. Here, you wake to the sound of wind through the grass, step outside and feel the Kansas morning, and end your day with nothing but the quiet certainty that you are exactly where you meant to be.
